Civil Service of Process
$60 for each Summons or Subpoena served. Payment required in advance, or contact us to set up a Net 30 billing plan. Checks payable to Fayette Constable District 1.
Writ of Possession
$60 for first hour, $40 each additional hour for executing writs of possession in forcible detainer cases. Please call in advance to schedule once the writ has been issued by the Court.
Social Services
In partnership with the University of Kentucky College of Social Work, we are pleased to be able to deliver case management services to community members facing eviction/housing insecurity.
